Screen - Polarizing filters from old computerscreens, larch, liquid chrystals. 2020.

The Copse snail and LDC screen have at least one thing in common, one of their substances are Liquid Chrystals. For one summer polarizing filters from LDC screens were placed in Grafarholt where a large group of Copse snails have made their home. The polarizing filters were framed in Larch, potentially and coincidentally, the type of wood that carried the snails from east europe to Iceland in the early 20th century.
